SUMMARY:SAO Body Doubling
DESCRIPTION:
SAO is hosting structured “body doubling” time and
space.

Body doubling is a study technique where you work
alongside someone to increase focus and help reduce procrastination. The
presence of others can enhance cognitive performance and productivity\,
especially for those who struggle with attention and executive
functioning. We provide structured time allotments for studying and
wellness breaks (and food\, of course).

This is a great
opportunity to set study goals\, monitor your progress\, and enjoy extra
productive study time (and snacks).
If you need an accommodation
to participate in this event, please contact the event sponsor or the
Texas Law Special Events Office at specialevents@law.utexas.edu no later
than seven business days prior to the event.
