Our next speaker is Professor Bobby Chesney, whose work focuses on the legal aspects of U.S. national security policy and practices. Whether it is terrorism, WMD proliferation, Guantanamo, torture, surveillance, computer network operations, or cartel violence in Mexico, there are many legal issues that arise.
