Practising Law Institute (PLI) invites you to a presentation by John M. White, Academic Director of PLI’s Patent Bar Review. Topics for discussion include the latest info on the Patent Bar Exam and who can take it; how it works, now that it's on computer; when you should take it (you only need an undergraduate degree to sit for it); how and when the new Rules changes coming out of the Patent Office will impact the Exam, and; recommendations on when and how to study for the Patent Exam. Scholarships to PLI's other IP programs will also be discussed. UT Law students with an undergraduate degree (or at least about two years of coursework) in engineering, computer sciences or the hard sciences (chemistry, biology, physics, some related fields), who are interested in becoming a Patent Agent or Attorney, are invited to attend.
