DESCRIPTION:<p><strong><a href="http://www.ble.state.tx.us/applications/declaration/decl_main.htm">The Declaration of Intent to Study Law</a> must be filed by all persons who have begun their law study at ABA-approved schools in Texas and intend to apply for licensure in Texas.</strong></p>
  <p>Your Declaration must be filed or postmarked by October 1st to be considered timely-filed.  A $150 late fee will be imposed on all Declarations filed after October 1st.</p>
  <p>The TX BLE office is not open on weekends; if you would like to hand deliver your completed application by the end of the Friday September 30 business day, the TX BLE office is located at:</p>
