DESCRIPTION:<p>The Texas Law Review has partnered with Professor Henry T.C. Hu to host a symposium focused on the landscape of modern capital markets and corporations.  The symposium, Reshaping Capital Markets and Institutions: Twenty Years On, will take place in Austin, Texas on February 24–25, 2012.  </p>
  <p>Envisioned as a follow-up to Texas Law Review’s groundbreaking 1991 symposium issue on financial innovation, also in partnership with Professor Hu, this event will bring together exceptional academics, practitioners, and regulators to present papers examining various elements of the current financial landscape.
