DESCRIPTION:<p>Elizabeth Julian (UT Law ’73), Director of the Inclusive Communities Project in Dallas and former Deputy General Counsel of HUD, will speak about housing segregation and innovative tools being used in the Dallas region to provide low income minority families with better access to good schools and healthy neighborhoods.  A local response panel will explore how these tools could be applied in the Austin region.
