SUMMARY:How to Apply for Judicial Clerkships
DESCRIPTION:
This is the first of two mandatory meetings for 2Ls and 3Ls who will be applying for 2014-term clerkships. Note that the application process may begin sooner (in the spring) rather than summer/early fall. UT Law Judicial Clerkship Advisors will discuss how to determine what courts you are competitive for, how to select judges, and how and when to apply for clerkships. For more information, visit the CSO's Judicial Clerkship website.

3Ls who applied for 2013-clerkships do not need to attend this meeting. However, should you choose to apply for the 2014 term, you must attend the second mandatory meeting (TBD) as federal judges are changing the application process and you will need to learn about it.

Lunch will be served. Please RSVP by Monday, November 12, on UT Law Symplicity by selecting the 'Events' tab.
\n\nIf you need an accommodation to participate in this event, please contact the event sponsor or the Texas Law Special Events Office at specialevents@law.utexas.edu no later than seven business days prior to the event.
