  <p>MICHAEL HATCHER is the hiring partner for Sidley’s Dallas office, overseeing all recruiting efforts including summer associate and lateral associate recruiting. Mike’s practice principally involves patent litigation with an emphasis on cases in the Eastern District of Texas and on Hatch-Waxman drug patent litigation. Mike is also involved in litigation and counseling regarding trademark, domain name dispute, copyright, and trade secret law, including a trademark/domain name dispute case resolved on the fast-track in the Eastern District of Virginia.</p>
