  <p>Merrill Matthews, PhD, will discuss the current state of health care in America. Topics will likely include ObamaCare implementation difficulties and delays, as well as continued legal challenges to defund the legislation.</p>
  <p>A weekly contributor to Forbes.com, Dr. Matthews is the resident health policy scholar at the Institute for Policy Innovation, and was past head of the Council for Affordable Health Care. Additionally, Dr. Matthews is a member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Texas Advisory Committee.</p>
