DESCRIPTION:<p>Jim Marston (Environmental Defense Fund) and Tom Linney (Animal Legal Defense Fund):  Jim Marston runs the National Energy Program at the Environmental Defense Fund, a leading environmental nonprofit, and founded its Texas office.  Tom Linney is the pro bono coordinator for the Animal Legal Defense Fund, a California-based nonprofit aimed at promoting animal rights.
