DESCRIPTION:<p>Professor Sarah Worthington QC (Hon) FBA, Downing Professor of the Laws of England, University of Cambridge, and Co-Director of the Cambridge Private Law Centre, will deliver the University of Texas School of Law’s John C. Akard Lecture at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. Professor Worthington’s Akard Lecture is entitled “Lessons from Lehman: Persistent Probles in Secured Lending.”</p>
  <p>The lecture, which will be presented in the San Jacinto room at the hotel, is free and open to the public.
