  <p>Paul Wright, founder of the Human Rights Defense Center and editor of Prison Legal News, and his colleagues at Human Rights Defense Center will speak on first amendment rights of publishers and prisoners. They have litigated a wide variety of censorship and public records cases against prison systems around the country – most recently against Comal county jail and Upshur county jail in Texas.
