DESCRIPTION:<p>Ed Rhyne and and Efren Acosta, M&amp;A/Securities Partners from Norton Rose Fulbright, will teach a seminar on Mergers &amp; Acquisitions. The seminar will give a brief introduction and breakdown of many topics including confidentiality, legal due diligence, indemnities, closing the transaction, and many more. This one-day course is a great jumpstart for prepping for a summer internship and a strong introduction for anyone interested in pursuing or learning more about corporate law. Resume credit will be given, and breakfast and lunch will be provided.
