DESCRIPTION:<p>Larry Kramer, President of the Hewlett Foundation and former Dean of Stanford Law School will deliver The University of Texas Law School Endowed Lecture for 2016-17 at 10:00 am on February 1, 2017 and also do a talk on climate change at 2:00 pm the same day.  The Endowed Lecture, entitled "The Long and Short of It: The Problem of Fixing U.S. Democracy," will be in the Eidman Courtroom.  The afternoon talk on climate change is separately listed in the Events Calendar.
