DESCRIPTION:<p>David Kultgen, UT Law Grad and recently retired General Counsel of Saudi Aramco will discuss the history of both the Kingdom of Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Aramco Oil Company and end with comments on the recent reforms in the Kingdom by the Crown Prince. This will occur in TNH 2.137 on Monday, December 4, beginning at 2:15 p.m. (in association with Professor Anderson’s International Petroleum Transactions class.
