DESCRIPTION:<p>Through this interactive session, participants will examine the relationship of identity, gender, culture and ethnicity to conflict dynamics.  Professionals will explore the role that bias and "us vs. them" thinking has in the way that conflict is constructed, the manner by which parties experience the conflict, and the lens that the conflict resolution professional places on the process.
