DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn about summer, term-time, and postgraduate opportunities at the <a href="http://www.pdsdc.org/">Public Defender Service of Washington, D.C</a>. (PDS). PDS provides and promotes quality legal representation to indigent adults and children facing a loss of liberty in the District of Columbia, thereby protecting society's interest in the fair administration of justice. PDS provides its exceptional legal service through seven legal divisions: Trial, Appellate, Mental Health, Special Litigation, Parole, Civil Legal Services, and Community Defender.</p>
  <p>One-on-one meetings with Jennifer Thomas will be held prior to the program in the Career Services Interview Suite. <strong>Sign up on <a href="https://law-utexas-csm.symplicity.com/students/">Symplicity</a> .</strong></p>
  <p>Lunch will be served.
