DESCRIPTION:<p>For our 2019 Symposium, Texas Hispanic Journal of Law &amp; Policy will host a Latino Lunch Series every Tuesday of February with speakers discussing various legal and policy issues on the U.S.-Mexico border.</p>
  <p>Trade on the Border: Human, Business, and Drugs</p>
  <p>This panel will discuss trade on the border, including labor, business and manufacturing, as well as drug and human trafficking. The discussion will include how these various forms of trade impact the relationship between Mexico and the United States, as well as the legal and societal impacts on the border. Additionally, the panel will discuss current issues of trade including the new North American trade agreement, USMCA.</p>\n\nIf you need an accommodation to participate in this event, please contact the event sponsor or the Texas Law Special Events Office at specialevents@law.utexas.edu no later than seven business days prior to the event.
