While non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) have become the most public form of coercive contracts, forced arbitration clauses, class action waivers, and non-compete clauses can also play a role in limiting worker rights and autonomy. During this discussion, we will discuss how these forms of contracts have come into play, ways in which we can protect workers' rights, and ongoing movements at all levels to eliminate the presence of coercive contracts, from Hollywood to the legal profession.
