In a recent 5-4 ruling authored by Chief Justice Roberts, the U.S. Supreme Court in Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California halted President Trump's current efforts to rescind President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initiative.
