LAW-SpecialEvents Hi, Christine, We always must wait until we’re allowed to see WCP/SAC room availability, before we can finalize flu shot campaign dates, so thanks for your patience. We’re proceeding as if all will be “normal” in the fall. Fingers crossed, right? May we confirm these rooms for the two days highlighted in yellow in your email below? We can free up all other days. We hope we can schedule our four-week campaign at the same time as past years. This means the Law School clinic would be on 10/1. However, in the event of delays, we’d also like to confirm/hold the rooms on 10/27, to ensure we can get flu shots to your folks. Are we able to confirm both Townes Hall Atrium and the Fleming Room at the times noted on 10/1 and 10/27 below? We will free up one or the other dates as we near the fall and have more information. I’ll keep my eyes open for your confirmation email and any next steps on our part. Thanks!
