Please join the Texas Federalist Society for a debate focusing on the scope of executive authority at the republic's founding and comparing it to that enjoyed by the modern presidency. Leading the discussion will be Texas Law's Professor Sanford Levinson and Yale Law's Professor Logan Beirne.
