DESCRIPTION:<p>Join us for a discussion on the current state of broadband and computer access, adoption, and affordability in Texas, and policy responses that will help close the digital divide in our state. </p>
  <p>Speakers include Hon. Rudolph “Rudy” Metayer, President of the Texas Black Caucus Foundation, Thomas Marshall III, Education Policy Fellow at IDRA (Intercultural Development Research Association), Nora Belcher, Executive Director of Texas e-Health Alliance and other policy experts. Introducing the talk will be Ranjana Natarajan, Clinical Professor at the University of Texas School of Law.</p>
