Professor Wurman will present an introduction to originalism: "Originalism 101." Professor Wurman will be joined by Professor Sandy Levinson, the W. St. John Garwood and W. St. John Garwood, Jr. Centennial Professor of Law at the University of Texas, who will be responding to Professor Wurman's introduction. Judge Charles Eskridge of the Southern District of Texas will be moderating.
