DESCRIPTION:<p>The Texas Environmental Law Journal (TELJ) is excited to announce our Symposium on Legal System Changes to Address Climate Change and the Energy Transition. The Symposium will bring together current practitioners in the area of climate change law with scholars and emerging thought leaders.   </p>
  <p>The Symposium will cover a range of subjects on the important and urgent topics of climate and energy transition. We expect it to be eye-opening and to provide deep and thoughtful insights into this very complex arena. The program will include presentations and discussion on topics such as:</p>
  <p>The role of corporate environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices
  Carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS)
  Intellectual property law and diffusion of green technology
  Transportation electrification
  Developing commercial terms and contracting standards to enable the energy transition</p>
