DESCRIPTION:<p>Are you a non-JD working at a law school? Are you full of doubt and feeling inadequate? Do you question your expertise and feel you don't belong? This mindset can lead to self-doubt, stress, and be critical to our professional performance. Participants will explore impostor phenomenon and discuss strategies to flip the script on this phenomenon and ways to overcome and regain confidence in their roles as a non-JD in a JD world.</p>
