DESCRIPTION:<p>Join us on 1/19/23 to hear Ambassador Kristen Silverberg, COO of the Business Roundtable, discuss her legal and professional career and the ethical standards and challenges of a lawyer in public service. Ambassador Silverberg’s career includes federal appellate and Supreme Court clerkships, senior White House positions, and service as the Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs and Ambassador to the United Nations. Ambassador Silverberg will discuss the varied roles of her career and the ethical obligations required to perform the duties of these roles and maintain the trust of judges, clients, and government leaders. Center for Women in Law Executive Director, Veronica Vargas Stidvent, will moderate this discussion.</p>
