SUMMARY:2023 Fall Litigation Institute
DESCRIPTION:<p>Free litigation workshop for students interested in learning/strengthening communication skills and trial skills. Workshop will take place four Friday afternoons at the beginning of the semester (do not have to attend all four). Weekly topic schedule below. Students will hear a brief lecture on the specific days topic and will then breakout in to small groups, led by local practitioners, where they will learn by doing.</p>
  <p>Weekly Schedule: 8/25 - Public Speaking/Effective Communication; 9/1 - Storytelling/Opening Statements; 9/15 - Direct Examination; 9/22 - Cross Examination.</p>
  <p>Any students welcome. Highly recommended for any students interested in participating in interscholastic mock trial.</p>
