DESCRIPTION:<p>Judge Nancy Atlas, retired U.S. District Judge, will host a conversation with Sara Moss, former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The Estée Lauder Companies.  </p>
  <p>During this conversation, they will discuss their legal careers, including Judge Atlas’s path to the bench and Ms. Moss’s path to becoming General Counsel and Chair of the Board for Estee Lauder.  They will also discuss women in the legal profession and how opportunities have changed over time.  </p>
  <p>Moss will address the role of the general counsel in providing both legal and strategic advice and driving culture change within an organization.</p>
