Judicial Clerkship Workshop on Friday, March 6, 2015 – RSVP

On Friday, March 6, five judges from around the country will be at Texas Law to speak with students about clerkships and the application process. Every student who already has a 2016-term clerkship or is applying for a 2016 clerkship is required to attend the panel and one of the break-out discussions; 1Ls are also encouraged to attend.

The following judges will be participating in the Workshop:  Judge Leslie Southwick, U.S. District Court for the Fifth Circuit (Jackson, MS); Judge Vince Chhabria, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (San Francisco, CA); Judge Lance Africk, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana (New Orleans, LA); Judge Elaine Kaplan, U.S. Court of Federal Claims (Washington, DC); and Justice Jeff Brown, Supreme Court of Texas (Austin, TX).

Students may also RSVP by Wednesday, March 4, on Symplicity. Please note for the break-out sessions with judges in small groups, students will be assigned a session and given the room number upon arrival at the panel.
