Requesting Event Sponsorship from Career Services

The Career Services Office is pleased to receive requests from Texas Law student organizations and journals to co-sponsor career-related programs.

Please do not submit this form until your program has been approved by Student Affairs. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee co-sponsorship. Your organization is responsible for obtaining room reservations and placing your event on the Texas Law calendar.

You must submit this form at least seven (7) business days in advance of your event. Submission of the form does not guarantee that sponsorship is available.

Sponsorship requests may include providing food and drink, publicity via Law Mail and Symplicity, and RSVP collection on Symplicity.
If requested, the CSO will provide an Excel list of RSVPs for you to create your own nametags.
