Description

APPLICATION REQUIRED. See Student Affairs Office, TNH 2.117 For advanced clinical students who have previously completed a clinic. Advanced clinical course, to be completed under standards promulgated by the dean. The completed work must be approved by the supervising faculty member. Offered on the pass/fail basis only. Prerequisite: Law 197C, 297C, 397C, 497C, or 597C, and the approval of a faculty member regularly engaged in clinical legal education and of the assistant dean for student affairs.
