Description
The course will focus on important areas of corporation law that are either not covered or not covered in-depth in the Business Associations course. Selected topics in corporation law, corporate finance, securities regulation and corporate reorganization also will be explored. I note, in response to a frequently asked question, that the course has not, in the past, been unduly duplicative of other course offerings in our corporate law curriculum. In that regard, some students with a keen interest in the corporate area have taken it as well as Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and/or Securities Regulation. I note, as well, that students who have taken this course while taking B.A. have found that the courses work well when taken simultaneously.Instructors
