Description
This course will cover the broad landscape of legal issues that affect exercise of the right to vote in America, including state and federal election institutions, money in politics, the government and political parties, government control of who has the right to vote, congressional and state legislative redistricting, and other related topics. Students will be given an option of taking the course exam or writing a paper. Open to 1Ls; no prerequisites.Instructors
