Description

Good Brief, Bad Brief, Red Brief, Blue Brief This course will examine an array of "good" and "bad" briefs as a means to inventory specific characteristics of effective persuasive writing. Students will give an in-class presentation and prepare a legal brief embodying the principles identified through the course.
