This seminar will address topics in higher education law. Students will do original research on a subject chosen in consultation with the instructor, write a paper of 25-40 pages, receive reactions to their papers, and submit a revised paper at the end of the semester. Initial classes will review background readings. Subsequent seminar sessions will consist largely of student presentations of their ongoing research and discussion of that research by the entire class.
Students may take both the course and the seminar.
