The law and philosophy workshop is organized around a series of papers presented publically by their authors during the course of the semester. The papers will be on a range of topics in moral, political and legal philosophy all of which involve public policy. The first meetings of the seminar will introduce philosophical ideas and theories and legal materials useful to studying the papers' topics. Discussion of the papers and the responses they provoked will continue in meetings of the seminar that follow their presentation.
