Description
Professors Levinson and Bobbitt will be offering a short course--six sessions--with a final class party a seventh session---on contemporary constitutional questions that are largely outside the scope of justiciability (e.g., the constitutionality of the Senate filibuster; of the president's authority to use armed drones to kill US citizens abroad). The first assignment will be distributed electronically before the first meeting and thereafter each week's assignment will be given at the end of the class meeting.
