Description
This course includes a study of the fundamentals of oil and gas law and commonly created interests in oil and gas and the lands from which produced, with particular emphasis on the oil and gas lease, rights and obligations created thereby; rights and duties between mineral and surface owners; and protection of interests in oil and gas properties against trespassers and wrongful claimants.
