Legal Writing, Advanced

This course is about improving one's writing skills and developing the habits needed to become an effective and powerful legal writer. We will study advanced grammar and usage, typography, pronunciations, drafting and editing, and examples of great legal writing. Grading will be based on a final exam and several writing and editing projects.
