Description
In class we will cover several selected areas of corporate law and securities law, such as mergers and acquisitions, not covered or not covered extensively in Business Associations. Enrollment will be limited to no more than fifteen. 50% of the grade will come from a fifteen page legal memorandum responding to a problem in an area of the student’s choice. 50% of the grade will come from a take-home final examination. May be taken by anyone who has not taken a similar offering by the Professor.Textbooks ( * denotes required )
