Description

Promulgation, interpretation, and administration of substantive laws of crime and some constitutional limitations. We will focus on statutory interpretation, using the most recent Texas Penal Code.  For large sections, your grade will be determined by a final exam containing essay and short answer questions.  If a small section, there will also be a writing component.
