Description

This course will be taught in person but this section will allow students entirely remote participation via Zoom.  If students require in-person or hybrid participation, they must register for the   27455 section of this course, which is identical but in-person.

This course will introduce foreign lawyers in the LLM program to the common law of Contracts. It will cover the methods by which rights and duties of promissory and quasi-promissory origin are created, transferred, limited, discharged, breached, and enforced.
