Description

As the Texas Solicitor General's Office enters its third decade, this course will look at the history of the office and how it has shaped public law litigation arising in Texas. Students will study and reargue four of the biggest cases from the Office's two-decade history. The course will be co-taught by Texas Solicitor General Kyle Hawkins and Deputy Solicitor General Bill Davis.

This course will meet every other week for 14 weeks (7 class meetings):  8/26, 9/9, 9/23, 10/7, 10/21, 11/4, and 11/18.
