This course addresses advanced legal writing topics (mechanics, persuasion, plain English, and more) and particularly focuses on written work for a summer or full-time legal job. Students will improve their legal analysis, concision, organization, and editing skills. Assignments can be tailored, but will generally focus on full, traditional legal analysis and converting that into an error-free, concise, and readable form.
