Description
PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED. EMAIL PROF. ALBRIGHT (aalbright@law.utexas.edu) TO INDICATE YOUR INTEREST IN THE WORKSHOP. Students will draft two to three motions, pleadings and/or a jury charge, and defend their position in a hearing on the issue presented. Depending upon class size, the students may work in randomly assigned groups. The class will not usually meet at the assigned meeting time, but individual students or groups will meet for hearings with the professor at prearranged convenient meeting times. Must be concurrently enrolled in LAW 476P, Texas Civil Procedure: Survey course.Instructors
