Description
Leading scholars from around the country will come and present their original research on topics under the broad category "law, economics, and politics." Workshop participants, including faculty from the law school and the university and interested students, will have the opportunity to ask questions and to engage in dialogue with the outside speakers. In addition, students will be able to meet separately with the speaker for 45 minutes prior to the workshop. The expectations for this course are: (1) regular attendance at the Monday afternoon workshops (no more than two absences are permitted) and at the pre- workshop meeting; (2) a 4-5 page double-spaced paper critiquing two of the workshop presentations.Instructors
