Description

This is a seven-week course that will focus on the non-legal resources and research methods that lawyers use to build a successful case. Some of the topics that will be covered include:
  • Public Records Research
  • Company Research
  • Medical Research
  • Statistical Research
  • Government Research, and
  • Research on Juries, Verdicts, Courts, and Witnesses
The course is offered on a Pass/Fail basis. Students are required to complete exercises throughout the course, but there is no final exam. Class size is limited to 25 students.
