Description

The course will focus on important areas of corporation law that are either not covered or not covered in-depth in the Business Associations or Corporations courses. Selected topics in corporation law, corporate finance law, securities law, and corporate reorganization will be explored. The course may focus on one discreet area such as Mergers and Acquisitions, or Securities Litigation, or Securities Transactions, or Corporate Governance. Students may wish to review the course description closer to the course's start to determine with greater particularity the current focus of the course.
