Description
This class is only open to students who have already accepted a clerkship with either (1) a federal district judge, or (2) a federal magistrate judge. It will cover the common legal issues that judicial clerks encounter, as well as the writing and research that clerks are expected to do. Students will draft orders and complete other smaller assignments. Enrollment is limited. Interested students must complete and submit a short application.Textbooks ( * denotes required )
